Scott McDonald - Director of Golf/General Manager
This is Scott's eigth season at Minnewaska Golf Club. Prior to MGC, Scott worked at Windsong Farm GC, Twin Lakes GC in Indianapolis, & Faribault Golf Club. Scott graduated from the University of Minnesota and has a degree in Communication Studies. Scott loves to play tournament golf, watch sports(especially Gopher & Butler basketball), spend time with his wife Julie and four kids, Amelia, Beatrice, Charlie & Susanna.
Josh Lang - Head Teaching Professional
Josh is excited to join the Minnewaska team for the 2018 season, marking his 11th year in the business. He got his start at both Lester Park G.C. and Enger Park Golf G.C. in Duluth before moving to Atikwa Golf Club for the past 3 seasons. Josh graduated from The College of St. Scholastica with a B.A. in Psycholgy and a M.ED in Education. In his free time, spending time with his wife Tessa, son Andrew, and daughter Robin top the list along with playing golf, fishing, and duck hunting.
Ryan Becker - Clubhouse Manager/F&B Coordinator
This will be Ryan's seventh season at Minnewaska Golf Club. He has had the privilege of working at Windsong Farm GC, St. Croix National GC, & Oak Marsh GC in his illustrious career. Ryan does it all at the club and will cater a party to your needs. When Ryan has time he likes to golf, fish, and listen to good music. If you can't find Ryan he is probably on a Lake somewhere, even in the middle of winter.
Brady Scott - Superintendent
Brady is excited for his first season here at Minnewaska Golf Club. He spent the previous 12 years at Baker National Golf Course. Before that, Brady spent 6 seasons at Minnesota Valley Country Club. Brady has a degree in Turfgrass Management from the University of Massachusetts. To finish out the trifecta of “M” states, Brady grew up in the great state of Maine, where he gained his love for sports, the outdoors and bad jokes. Brady, along with his wife and three children (twins Lane and Annie, and Maren), are looking forward to their new adventure in the Lakes Area.
